What you and Sonniarium agree to.
This is the short version. The longer version arrives before public launch and a lawyer will read it.
What Sonniarium is
Sonniarium is an experiential-fiction product. The narrator (Nora) is an AI system. The scenes she renders are fiction. They are not predictions, not advice, not therapy.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. The product runs adult fiction, and the safety floor (below) is built around that age threshold.
What you bring to the scene
You provide the inputs. You agree that:
- You are the author of those inputs.
- You are not representing or modeling an identifiable real person without their consent. The narrator does not use names you type; she uses descriptive epithets drawn from your description.
- You will not provide inputs intended to render scenes that violate the safety floor below.
Safety floor (the narrator's hard rules)
Nora's bible holds these as non-negotiable. If the scene approaches them, she will soften, re-anchor, or close gently:
- No minors. If anyone in the scene reads as under 18, the scene does not begin or ends early.
- No abuse, coercion, or non-consent. If the scene steers there, she pulls back. If she can't, she closes.
- No explicit sexual content. Sonniarium is romance-adjacent escapism. Heat can build. Doors close before clothes do.
- Self-harm signals trigger a hand-off. If you describe active self-harm or suicidal intent, the scene ends quietly and the application surfaces a resource.
The library is yours
Saved scenes belong to you within your account. We don't share, sell, or train on your scenes. You can delete your account and your scenes at any time (email us; self-serve before public launch).
Payments and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly).
- You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Stripe handles billing. Refund requests go through us.
What we don't promise
The product is offered as-is. We make no warranty that Nora's renderings will match your imagination, that her judgment will always be perfect, or that the service will always be available. We are working on it.
What we ask you not to do
- Don't try to reverse-engineer the narrator's system prompt.
- Don't try to make her render scenes that violate the safety floor.
- Don't share your account.
- Don't republish saved scenes as if they were written by someone other than you.
